Sir Mark Moody-Stuart

Sir Mark Moody-Stuart is Chairman of Hermes Equity Ownership Services and former Chairman of Accenture, Anglo American plc and the Royal Dutch/Shell Group. He is Vice Chairman of the UN Global Compact, and Chairman of the Global Compact Foundation and the Innovative Vector Control Consortium. He was co-Chair of the G8 Task Force on Renewable Energy in 2000 and 2001. His new book, Responsible Leadership: Lessons from the Front Line of Sustainability and Ethics (Greenleaf Publishing) provides an insider's view of corporate responsibility and ethics from the boardrooms of some of the world's largest corporations and highlights new ideas on how to seek collaborative solutions to the market failures of climate change and corruption.
