David Cooperrider is Professor of Organizational Behavior and Faculty Director of the Center for Business As An Agent of World Benefit, at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. David has served as researcher and consultant to a wide variety of organizations, using the Appreciative Inquiry methodology which he pioneered. He is also the past President of the National Academy of Management's Division of Organization Development, and a co-founder of The Taos Institute. He has lectured and taught at Stanford University, MIT, University of Chicago, Katholieke University in Belgium, Pepperdine University, and others.
